Alignment Tip:
Your posture is very important to ensure you get the most out of each stretch. If you find it hard to sit up straight in a cross legged position, try sitting on a pillow or two, or even do a variation of this routine while sitting on a chair.
Move slowly, breathe deeply, and let your spine enjoy the movement, as your supporting muscles get a much needed release. This short and sweet routine can make a big difference in how your back feels.
